Temporary

Temp-to-Perm
Our Temp-to-Perm program allows employers to essentially "try out" an employee to determine if he or she best fits your position. As always, we perform all background and resume checks, present the best candidates and after a period of time, if you are satisfied with their performance, they roll to your payroll.
Direct Placement
Our Direct Placement division has access to a wide range of top candidates - including those hard-to-reach professionals who are not actively searching for a job. And, because we're committed to finding the right people for your business, the only candidates you'll meet are those who've passed our in-depth screening process.
Because employees hired on a Temp-to-Perm basis often continue their search for permanent employment, our Direct Placement division also lowers your risk of losing a great candidate to another full-time opportunity. In addition, you receive our placement guarantee so you can extend permanent, full-time job offers with the same confidence as a Temp-to-Hire offer. We charge a one-time fee based on the candidate's first year annual salary, but there is no charge if a candidate is not hired or doesn't work out within the guarantee period.
Payroll Services
In some instances, you may have already found the right person and do not need our recruitment services, but still want to free yourself from payroll, taxes, and additional employee obligations. In this case, Payroll Services is a perfect option for you.
On-site Management
Through our On-site Management program, we provide experienced human resource professionals on your job site to handle all paperwork, training, worksite accident investigations and any other HR issues.
